Live Sovereign to Be a Sovereign Coach

Live Sovereign to Be a Sovereign Coach

A mindset of ease and comfort as a coach has a shadow side. It is complacency and habit. Every person possesses the capacity to be free and at choice about our relationship to life in any moment. Conscious awareness is always a moment to moment practice the defies habit. Our sovereign presence allows access to be purposeful and conscientious about how we show up and engage with others.  An internal stance and mindset, living sovereign involves personal development toward a state of wholeness, free to express from our essential self in any relationship personal or professional.

Spontaneous moments allow us to transcend role and identity to be sovereign as a coach. This webinar will explore being sovereign as a coach through reflection and discussion on three central questions:

  • What is known to you and visible to clients as the source of your artistry as coach?
  • What inner permission is required for you to be willing to be disturbed so that you may explore and experiment with concepts and methods that challenge your preferences, habits and biases about coaching?
  • What will increase the degree of sovereignty you choose to bring to your coaching interactions?

The Opportunity

Knowing and habitual preferences create limitations, often invisible to us, that affect the quality of life we experience and the breadth and depth of choices in clients we choose to engage. Learning to live sovereign is an antidote to limiting habits by strengthening confidence and competence with being spontaneous.

Assumptions and bias based in our historical development and expertise filters our capacity to witness, experience and welcome all of who are clients are that inhibits client satisfaction and sustainable excellence with change that is desired and inherent in the coaching partnership. Learning to engage boldly and authentically as a sovereign coach with clients fosters a sustainable pathway for excellence and breakthrough experience in life.

You Will Learn
  • Practices for liberating perceiving within a coach-client partnership that allows what is unknown and/or invisible to emerge for exploration
  • Strengthen understanding and inner capacity to recognize sovereignty in self, client and the coaching partnership so spontaneous agility is accessible in every relationship
  • Access unique capacity for reciprocal inspiration that is sourced from within and experienced in the resonance between coach and client
