Inspiring Competence
Small Group Mentoring
Created by Fran Fisher, MCC, facilitated by Annie Gelfand, MCC, the next Inspiring Competence program is scheduled starting January 26th, 2027 until June 15th, 2027, meeting every other Tuesday, 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (ET). These small cohort programs fill up quickly, so I invite you to reserve your space well in advance.
- Small group of 10 participants MAX
- Meetings held via Zoom webinars with recordings included
- Ten 1.5-hour group sessions plus four 1:1 private sessions
- Feedback pointing to the MCC level of ICF Competencies
- Sessions include sharing and celebrating learning and breakthroughs; coaching with peers and mentor feedback; coaching with supervision feedback; skill exercises; and demonstrations; and Q/A
- Earn 26 ICF CCEUs and 3 ICF RDs and/or fulfill your required 10 hours of mentoring if needed

You may not know this about me, but other than being a Master Certified Coach, MCC Assessor and Advanced Certified Mentor Coach, I am certified as a Team Coach, trained in Organizational Systems and Relationship Coaching.
I have an MBA in small business/marketing consulting, I lived in India for seven years, trained in spiritual healing, holistic nutrition, reiki, reflexology, aromatherapy, meditation. I was mentored in Inner Family Systems by Peter Gerlach, MSW, who was trained by Dr. Richard C. Schwartz.
I am also a Certified Practitioner of the Core Values Index (CVI), a revolutionary assessment tool which enables you to understand your deepest core self.
