We now have a new evaluation system for MCC Performance Evaluations called MCC Anchors. We will listen to a coaching demo, go into breakout rooms to evaluate and debrief the coach's strengths and opportunities for development using the MCC Anchors and come together as a group for a shared learning experience. There will be tons of opportunity for deep rich learning and participants will walk away with more confidence and out what might be expected at the MCC level.

When we lead clients, there is a subtle break in trust as we are inadvertently telling them that we know something about them that they do not. Mastery is swimming in the ocean of not knowing anything about our clients – allowing them to truly teach us who they are, how they learn, how they process, what they are longing to become, to ultimately cultivate their own inner wisdom to trust themselves. trust their awareness, and create sustainable change of their own choosing.
