How can I attend the live event?

When you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email with your login information and a link to sign up for ONE series of dates for this virtual live event on coaching mastery. On the sign up page, fill out the details you used to purchase your ticket. Your welcome email has all the details you will need to attend.

Please remember not to share your access info with anyone else as these links are particular only to you. 

How many core competencies will I receive?

ICF has awarded us 9 Core Competency Education Units (CCEUs) for each of our March, June, September and December live events. My three hour October series with Fran Fisher will be an additional 3 ICF CCEUs. The cumulative total of CCEUs for all five events is 39 CCEUs provided you answer quizzes for each of the events which can be via recordings or live attendance.

What do I do to qualify for CCEUs?

For each event that you purchase, you will be asked to complete a brief online quiz to test your learning and verify your attendance for each of the presentations.

What's the deadline for applying for CCEUs for 2024?

CCEUs for our 2024 Essence of Mastery Summit will be available until March 31st, 2025.

How do I claim my certificate?

Once you have completed ALL your quizzes for the 2024 Essence of Mastery Summit, please email us at with the subject line: <<2024 EOMS CCEU request>> Please give us at least two weeks to respond to your request as we may be getting hundreds at a time. We promise to be as expedient and responsive as humanly possible.

Will the live event be recorded?

Yes!! We are happy to include the audio and video recordings for all our presentations. These will be available inside our private member’s area. You will have lifetime access.

I haven't received a confirmation, what should I do?

Your welcome email has all the details you need to attend. Please check your spam and trash folders before contacting our support team. Please also add our email to your contacts to ensure that our emails land in your inbox.

If you are using a work email address, it is possible that our emails are being blocked by your server. If that is the case, please email us with an alternate email address and we will be happy to assist you. It helps if you make sure that the email you signed up with is the same as the one you use to email us.

If you have still not received the Zoom connection email, even with the above fixes, then please email our support team.
